“The First 5 Years”

Welcome to the Central Chapter Nova Scotia Harley Owners Group History page. My name is Everett (ET) and I am a Charter Member, 18 year member, and the Chapter Historian for Central Chapter. In the time I have been involved with the chapter, I have had the pleasure of meeting a lot of members. I have seen many come and many go over the years, but there are those who just keep hanging around enjoying each other’s company. Some of you may not know the origin or past events of our chapter. We have always been an active group with strong leadership from our executive and committee members. None of this would have been possible without the support we receive from our sponsoring dealer, Privateers Harley Davidson.

The following information was extensively researched from past monthly minutes and documentation of chapter events. It reflects back to the first five years of chapter life, known to some as “the old days!” Although some long time members may see lights discrepancies in these writing, they are reminded of our mission statement “To ride and have fun” so don’t sweat the small stuff…
